I keep wanting to be healthy. To not be dizzy and shaky and nauseated and thinking about food all the fucking time. So I was thinking
-half a bagel with a teaspoon of fat free cream cheese for breakfast
-1/2 cup veggies with 1 hard boiled egg for dinner
Super healthy and loads of calories, so I should be fine throughout the day, right? I'm gonna try that next week, when I go grocery shopping again.

ReplyDeleteif you want to be healthy, then be healthy. you really only have one life and one body. i honestly am a huge advocate for recovery. you deserve much more than dizziness, shakiness, nausea, fainting spells and thinking about food all the fucking time. you deserve your life to be more fulfilled than just numbers and calories.
also i want to say that you know that that's not enough for you. but honestly, eating a little bit more might be a good thing for you, because you're really not eating much at all. you are eating way, way too little to sustain yourself. even this amount is barely enough for a meal in my opinion, much less the whole day.
