Cheers!

Aw... those nice comments made me cry a little... especially Sofie's. Thank you! <3

Was gonna weigh myself this morning but someone made me eat breakfast because we had a busy day... fucking a!

Tomorrow. I have to!

A little worried about my weight since I have a habit of letting myself get dehydrated and the fiance's been getting me to drink more water so I'm afraid that might make my weight go up.

Other yummy things I've been drinking (I feel it's worth a mention... some of you ladies/gentlemen might like them!)
-Folger's Black Silk (best black coffee I've tasted! So good ^_^)
-Chocolate raspberry (sadly this requires creamer to taste good... 10cals a cup, once every day or two... not too bad, though obviously taken into account)
-various fruit flavored green/white teas (Lipton/Stash) - no sugar/anything. They're yummy by themselves!
-iced Black Silk. (3 parts coffee, 1 part water - put in plastic pitcher and put in fridge - keeps for half a week or a week. Very good! It's like Starbucks iced coffee (no sugar) but more accessible!)

Hmm... I think that's it.

  1. Initially the extra water might raise your weight slightly, but it one long run it will probably help you lose more weight. Don't worry about it.
    Thank you for those drink suggestions, I'll definitely be trying out the iced coffee one, I've always wanted to know how to make my own iced coffee drinks.
